The inaugural Hillcrest Porchfest is Saturday

HILLCREST PORCHFEST
SATURDAY 11/7. Hillcrest. 10 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Free.

In the nearly 20 years since the first Porchfest occurred in Ithaca, New York, over 250 cities across the U.S. have adopted its wholesome block party model, setting aside one day a year for a plethora of neighborhood porches within walking distance of one another to be overtaken by free performances from local musicians. Little Rock, and Hillcrest more specifically, joins the cozy club this year, with the inaugural lineup including Adam Faucett, Ike Peters, Trevor Bates, Dandelioness, Mark Currey, Bethany Raybourn, Chris DeClerk and more.
