Innocent bystander wounded in Jefferson County shooting; 3 charged
Three people have been charged after an innocent bystander was shot at a Jefferson County apartment complex.
Deputies responded at 3:45 p.m. Thursday to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Chalkville Manor Driver in Center Point.
