President Donald Trump said Friday during a rally in Mobile that he will return to Alabama next weekend for Alabama’s faceoff with Georgia in Tuscaloosa.
“They say it’s going to be a good game,” Trump told the crowd. “I would think so.”
This isn’t the President’s first SEC matchup of the year. He visited Neyland Stadium as a crowd of 101,915 saw Texas defeat Tennessee 20-17.
Trump’s planned return to the University of Alabama is just the latest in a series of recent visits. Last year, he was the keynote speaker at the university’s spring commencement ceremony.

In September 2024, Trump was in attendance for Alabama’s 41-34 takedown of the Bulldogs at Bryant-Denny while he was the Republican presidential nominee. He was also there for the Tide’s 46-41 loss to LSU in 2019.
