India team for West Indies ODIs 2026: Full list of players
India has announced its squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against West Indies, with K.L. Rahul named as vice-captain in the absence of Shreyas Iyer, while Dhruv Jurel has been called up as back-up wicketkeeper.
Shubman Gill and Co. will be without a number of regulars including Shreyas, Ishan Kishan, Axar Patel, and Jasprit Bumrah, who will be playing the Asian Games instead.
Ruturaj Gaikwad has also been included in the squad as batting cover, while Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma both remain part of the squad.
Despite the absence of Bumrah, the bowling attack features several strong names including Gurnoor Brar, Prasidh Krishna, Mohammed Siraj. Auqib Nabi has been called-up to the squad for the first time.
The selectors also added Nitish Kumar Reddy into the squad, who had previously been named in the T20I squad for the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya. Punjab batter Naman Dhir received his maiden India call-up.
