Big Fish: Man charged in connection with damage to Belfast sculpture
A man has been charged by police investigating damage to one of Belfast’s most iconic sculptures.
Police were called to Donegall Quay around 00:30 BST on Sunday after reports that the left eye of the Big Fish sculpture had been damaged.
A 44-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
